How our service is delivered: A step-by-step approach ensuring a high level of client satisfaction:

Step 1 - The Client Enquiry: Upon receiving a client enquiry, an appointment is booked for the client. This appointment is free of charge, and can take place at the client's home or office, or virtually over Zoom;
Step 2 - The 1st Client Appointment: A discussion takes place during the appointment to understand the client's requirements and personal circumstances. No two clients are the same, therefore a 'one-size-fits all' approach adopted by many providers, does not work. The solutions provided must be bespoke to be effective. Recommendations are then given to solve the client's issues, with a fee quote and an estimate for the time needed to complete the work. At this point the client can instruct us to do the work if they are happy with the advice given. If instructed, a 2nd appointment is booked for the client. No fee is charged until this point;
Step 3 - The 2nd Client Appointment: The first drafts of the client's documents are presented and explained to the client. Any questions the client may have are answered so they understand the documents prepared. If the client wishes to make any changes to the documents, they are noted at this point. The client then signs the documents in front of witnesses, if witnesses are necessary. A payment for the services provided is taken at this point;
Step 4 - The Final Draft: After the 2nd appointment, any changes requested by the client are made, and the final documents are delivered to the client. Storage and registration of the documents is also arranged for the client if requested.
Step 5 - The Periodic Reviews: The clients receive free periodic reviews to ensure that all their documents are kept up-to-date, and any changes in their circumstances or requirements are reflected in their documents.
